Introduction

Finishing of toilet soap SELA finishing lines for continuous processing of dried base soap to marketable soap tablets are delivered as standard lines for capacities from 300 up to 6,000 kg/hr. Special constructions can be delivered on request.

The variants applicable for processing of toilet or laundry soaps are represented as diagram. They result from kind and quality of base soap, additions, production rate and requested quality of the definitive product.

Processing of laundry soap can be made as shown in the diagram by two procedures: The dried soap is extruded by means of a Duplex vacuum plodder and either imprinted by an imprint roll before the cutting process or cooled and stamped after it.
